Nothing to buy
The kiosk runs on tablets you already own. Pair a device with a short code from the admin and you are live.
Any tablet browser
Open the kiosk page and enter the pairing code. The screen stays awake and the session recovers on its own.
Native iPad app
The same kiosk as an iPad app. Settings and brightness sit behind a staff unlock, and pairing survives restarts.
MDM if you want it
Roll out through Jamf, Intune, or any MDM that supports Apple managed app configuration. Or skip MDM and use a browser tab.
At the door
Kiosk check-in
A tablet flow you set: identity, host, visit type, agreements, optional photo. Ask staff to confirm ID before the badge prints when you need it. Visitors pick from 46 languages. QR invites and guest lookup are included.
Host notifications
Email when a guest arrives, with action links. Replies go to the guest and the front desk stays in the loop.
Badge printing
Print a visitor badge at the kiosk if you want one. Printers are optional. We support them.
Around the office
Locations and maps
Groups, addresses, time zones, business hours, and a map. Enterprise can override settings per location or group.
Visits and pre-registration
Expected guests, multi-day visits, profiles, and history. Reception sees who is on site.
Emergency roll call
Account for everyone on site in an emergency. Mark people with your team until the list is clear.
Roles
Owner, admin, location manager, reception, and host. Access is scoped to locations.
After they leave
Agreements and retention
Optional terms or NDA at the kiosk, with a consent record. You choose how long visitor data is kept, or when it is anonymized.
Analytics
Counts, trends, and location views. People only see the sites they are allowed to see.
API and webhooks
A REST API and signed webhooks on Growth and Enterprise. Volume follows your plan.
