At the door
Kiosk check-in
A tablet flow you set: identity, host, agreements, optional photo. Visitors pick a language. QR invites and guest lookup are included.
Host notifications
Email when a guest arrives, with action links. Hosts read that mail in their language. The kiosk stays in the visitor’s.
Badge printing
Cloud print through PrintNode. Primary hardware: Brother QL-820NWB. Secondary: Zebra ZD421.
Around the office
Locations and maps
Groups, structured addresses, time zones, and a map. Growth and above can override settings per location or group.
Visits and pre-registration
Expected guests, multi-day visits, profiles, and history. Reception sees who is on site.
Roles
Owner, admin, location manager, reception, and host. Access is scoped to locations.
After they leave
Agreements and retention
Optional terms or NDA at the kiosk, with a logged consent. You choose how long visitor data is kept, or when it is anonymized.
Analytics
Counts, trends, and location views. People only see the sites they are allowed to see.
API and webhooks
REST and webhooks on Growth and Enterprise, with plan limits on keys and volume. Not on Starter.
